St. Louis Equipment Companies for Wheelchairs, Walkers, Etc.

Med Resources
Med Resources supplies respiratory equipment, walkers, wheelchairs, canes, ramps, products for the bathroom and other daily living aids.

One mom’s experience with Med Resources-
“We used Med Resources through Ranken Jordan to get my son’s bigger walker and it could not have been a better experience. The rep came during our already scheduled PT appointments to measure and fit him and I think it only took a week or two to actually get the new walker – I remember being surprised at how fast they were able to turn it around 🙂 The rep was more than nice and was great with my son. They are local here in St. Louis too which might be easier for some people.”

One Mom’s Experience with Alliance:

I use Alliance, and they have great customer service. They gave me choices and were quick on providing what we needed. The guy that I worked with was Rick Liston and he was awesome. He’s been working with wheelchairs since ’77 and knows his stuff.

eSpecialNeeds.com

Though most of their business is performed online, eSpecialNeeds is located in Maryland Heights and they service local families in need of equipment as well. They are contracted with Regional Center in St. Louis. Their website has a very large variety of adaptive equipment to address mobility, sensory and daily living needs.

Do you know of any other great local companies that provide adaptive equipment? If so, please comment and share with us.
